Customer Service Representative

D’Angelo and sons is a company that is founded on blending the personalized service of a small, family-owned business with the professionalism and high standards of a larger company. With that said this customer service-based position is one of our first points of contact. Therefore, the ideal candidate would be goal oriented, have a strong work ethic, highly organized as well as possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail is a must. As a learning curve is expected, recent university or college graduate is preferred. Growth opportunities within our growing company are available to the right individuals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Job duties will include (but are not limited to): Prompt response to email, telephone, and web inquiries from clients and other business partners
• Calendar Management
• Answering all incoming phone calls and advising customers of our services, pricing, and technicians’ available times for inspections and job assignments
• Responsible for scheduling appointments and data entry into our personalized CRM system
• Dealing with all inquiries, issues, or complaints in a friendly professional manner
• The ideal candidate will be excellent at implementing sales strategies to enhance and drive sales targets
• Other duties as required and assigned

Job Requirements:

• Answering incoming phone calls and advising customers of services offered, pricing, and offering appointment times
• Scheduling management
• Dealing with all customer inquiries, issues, and complaints
• Frequently checking messages and web reviews
• Communicate effectively with outside sales team
• Enhance and drive sale targets
• Must be proficient on computer
• All other duties assigned

This can be a full-time position or part-time with the opportunity for increased hours during our busy season. Shifts will vary. Candidates must be available Monday-Sunday 7-7pm.
